Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026. This explains, in plain language, what Huddle Harbor collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email address, company, country and team size.
- During discovery: your answers to the written form, or, if you choose the voice call with Mira, a transcript of the conversation. The call's audio is processed live to run the conversation; we keep the transcript, not a recording. If you turn your camera on, it's only shown to you and is never sent or recorded.
- Files you share: screenshots, mood boards, videos and payment receipts you upload.
- Payments: which payment stage you've told us you paid, and any note you add. Card payments are handled entirely by Payoneer and bank transfers by Wise; we never see or store card details.
- Technical data: basic request information (such as IP address and browser) used by our hosting provider for security, including a spam check on the order form.
Why we use it
- To run your discovery, decide whether we can build your workspace, and then design and build it.
- To email you about your order: confirmations, next steps, payment links and reminders if your discovery isn't finished yet.
- To keep records of payments for accounting.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who helps us run this
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores order details, transcripts and files.
- Google (Gemini API) powers Mira's voice call and writes the summary of your discovery. We currently use Google's free tier, under which Google may use the content sent to it to improve its products, and it may be reviewed by people. Please don't share confidential information on the call; if you'd rather not use the AI, the written form isn't processed by Google.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Wise and Payoneer process payments under their own privacy policies.
These providers may process data outside your country.
Cookies and your browser
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a draft of the written form (so you don't lose your answers) and a link to your latest order, on your device only. The spam check on the order form, provided by Cloudflare, may use what it needs to tell people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep order and discovery records for as long as we're working with you, and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. If you place an order and we don't go ahead, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
