Terms of service
Draft for review. These terms are a plain-language starting point written for Huddle Harbor. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction before launch.
What you're buying
A custom virtual workspace for your team, designed and built by Huddle Harbor, for the one-time fee shown on our site, paid in two halves. The scope is defined by the blueprint agreed after your discovery session.
Payment
Nothing is charged when you place an order. After your discovery, we review your project. If we accept it, you pay a 50% deposit to start; the remaining 50% is due when your workspace is complete. Each half can be paid by bank transfer to our Wise account or by card through a Payoneer payment link. We never collect card details on this website.
Refunds
- Before you pay the deposit: nothing to refund; you can cancel any time.
- After the deposit, before building starts: full refund of the deposit on request.
- Once building starts: the deposit covers work completed and is non-refundable; we'll agree a fair outcome for any work not yet started. The final 50% is only due when your workspace is complete.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the workspace's source code and all data in it. It runs on cloud accounts in your name. We may show a non-confidential description of the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your discovery call
The optional voice call with Mira, our AI consultant, is processed by Google's Gemini API. Transcripts and files you share are stored securely and used only to plan and build your workspace. You can choose the written form instead.
Support
Bug fixes and small adjustments are included for the support period stated on our site after launch. Running costs of the cloud services your workspace uses are billed to you by those providers.
